Board Meetings
Board Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every other month at the IMC Management office located at 3500 West Davis Ste. 190 Conroe, TX 77304. You may observe these meetings to see what business the board is conducting. The agenda for each meeting will be posted 144 hours before the meeting to list what items will be discussed. If anyone would like to speak to the board a request must be submitted to IMC at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. Please press the contact us button to be added to the agenda and what topic you would like to discuss with the board. This will be held in an Executive Session with the board only.
