Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The ACC Committee oversees the construction approval process of any new home, addition, exterior alterations or any building that could be constructed on any lot in the community. The ACC will ensure that the deed restrictions are followed according to the guidelines that are set out in the documents. All improvements of any kind are required to be approved by the ACC Committee. There are fees that will be assessed if the guidelines are not followed.

Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis. All applications must be submitted to the management company with any deposits that are associated with it.
