About Dominion Ridge HOA
Dominion Ridge is an upscale, estate subdivision located in southern Montgomery County, Texas in a beautiful forested area with rolling topography which is lush with a wide variety of hardwoods and pines. A single entry/exit adds to the serenity of the subdivision, and makes an optimum environment for both older adults and young families wanting a safe place for their children to play. Most of the 86 lots are a minimum of one acre and the area is distinguished with uniform fencing and stone driveway entry monuments for each residence.

Dominion Ridge is located "in the trees", one mile west of I-45 and approximately 2 miles east of Lake Conroe on the south side of League Line Road. Being within the Conroe city limits, we enjoy all the benefits provided by the city such as police and fire protection, as well as water, sewer and garbage services. In addition, we boast underground utilities, so there are no unsightly overhead power wires. Across League Line road is the main entrance to Panorama Village where residents of Dominion Ridge enjoy privileges at their golf course.

Shopping, dining and entertainment in the Conroe area is plentiful and varied, however if you long for more variety a short drive south will find you in The Woodlands, Texas' most celebrated master planned community. Our children attend schools in the Willis Independent School District, which is rated as one of the best in Texas.

Dominion Ridge is a Deed Restricted community and it is necessary to contact the Architectural Control Committee (see link) prior to beginning any new construction or exterior modifications to an existing home. The Deed Restrictions, By-Laws and Building Guidelines can be found on our Documents link. If you have questions, please contact a director for clarification by submitting an E-mail via the link for each director - found on our "Directors" page.

We hope you'll consider Dominion Ridge when you plan your new home.
